説教あらすじ 「信仰とヒューマニズム」 (05/02/2012)
◎[ヨハネ8:1-11]
◆「オリーブ山」[１節]：ゲッセマネの園がある。イエスがエルサレムにいた時には、好んで『祈り場』として用いた。
◆[２～５節] ・場所は『宮』だったので、本来なら「姦淫の現場で捕らえられた女」を連れてくるべき場所ではない。
◆「イエスを告発する理由を得るため」 [６節]
①もし「見逃してやりなさい」と言うなら、「モーセの律法に反する」と告発できる。
②もし「石打ちにしなさい」と言うなら、「勝手に死刑にしてはならない」というローマの法を犯すことになる。
◆[６～９節]
・ここで「イエスが何を書いていたか」は問題ではない。彼はこの行為によって人々の注目を女から自分へと移
し、更に「あなたがたのうちで罪のない者が…」の語によって、彼らの意識を自分自身の内側へと移させた。
◆[１０～１１節]
・「婦人よ」は、母マリヤにも用いた、愛を込めた語りかけ。パリサイ人はこの女を『道具』のように用いたが、
イエスにとっては、その罪を代わりに負おうとしている『迷える子羊』。 人々が真に取るべき優れた反応は、
自分をこの女と同一視し「私も赦されるべき存在です！」とイエスの許にとどまることだった。
＊そう、私たちは「自分は赦されるべき者である」と自覚しなければならない！
・「自分には人を責める資格など無い」と考える人はいる。しかしそれは人間関係における妥協策（ヒューマニズ
ム）でしかない。しかし「赦されるべき者」という自覚は、自分と神との関係（信仰）から来る。それはこの女同様、
自分たった１人で、あなたのすべてを知った上であなたを赦されるキリストの前に立ってこそ初めて分かる。
★あなたも「赦されるべき者」です。あなたはこの『赦し』を日々イエスから受け取っていますか？

◎[John 8:1-11]
◆「The Mount of Olives」[Verse 1]： This is where the Gethsemane garden is. Jesus’ favorite place for prayer.
◆[Verse 2-5] ・Here were the temple courts. Not appropriate place to bring a woman of adultery.
◆「in order to have a basis for accusing him.」 [Verse 6]
① If Jesus tells them to overlook her, he’d be accused as an offender of the law of Moses.
② If Jesus tells them to stone her, he’d be accused as a traitor of Roman Empire.
◆[Verse 6-9]
・“What was Jesus writing?” is not a point. His action pulled people’s attention to himself from the woman,
and his word [If any one of you is without sin…] shifted their consciousness from the woman to themselves.
◆[Verse 10-11]
・The Pharisees treated this woman as “a tool”, but for Jesus, she was a precious daughter whom he was
dying for. We may think that those who left the place are right. Yet, they could have recognized themselves
as “those who should be forgiven just as this woman” and stayed before Jesus.
＊YES！ We all have to be aware that 「I am the one who should be forgiven」！
・Some people think that they do not have right to accuse anybody. Sounds good, but it is just a compromise
covered by humanism. On the other hand, only relationship with God (faith) can awake us that 「we should be
forgiven」. We can only realize this when we stand alone before Jesus who knows everything about us.
★You also are 「the one who should be forgiven」. Are you receiving this from Jesus daily?
