説教あらすじ 「天国人が目指すもの」 (23/08/2020)
◆天国人の役割 ― 「天の御国」と「この世」とをつなぐ『架け橋』として生きる。
＊『架け橋』の２面性 ⇒ ①神の国の祝福をこの世にもたらす ②この世において神がたたえられるようにする。
・『神の国の祝福』とは？ ＝ 永続的なもの。（神との生きた関係，状況に左右されない喜び・平安など） これらのものをこの世にもたらすために不可欠な資質。＝ 「この世のもの」に執着しない。[Ⅰヨハネ２：15-17]
◆天国人の存在意義 [マタイ５：13-16]
・『塩』は「味付け」や「防腐剤」のために有用だが、どちらの場合も「よく混ざらなければ」ならないし、また「その異質さを保たなければ」ならない。― 「純粋による埋没」。
・私たちが『天国人』であることの証は、「自分はクリスチャンだ」と宣言することによって表現されるのではなく、「世にありながら、世とは異質である（聖い）こと」によってこそ現される。
・「人々が私たちの良い行いを見て、天の父をあがめる」ようになるのは、その『良い行い』の動機が『天の父』に向けられたものだから。そのためには「人との関係」以上に「神との関係」がより親密である必要がある。
◎注目されるべき存在は、アナタではなく、天の父なのです！

◆Role of “citizens of heaven”. ― To intermediate between “kingdom of heaven” and “this world”.
＊2 aspects. ⇒ ①To bring God’s blessings to the earth. ②To let heavenly Father be glorified on the earth.
・What are “God’s blessings”？ ＝ Things last forever.（eg; relationship with God, everlasting joy & peace…）
Key to bring these to the earth. ＝ Not to be attached to the things belong to this world. [ⅠJohn ２：15-17]
◆Who are we in this world？ [Matthew ５：13-16]
・“Salt” is for “seasoning” and “preservation”. In both cases it has to “be mixed well” and “keep its saltiness”.
・Our testimony as “citizens of heaven” is witnessed not by “telling people that we are Christians” but by “keeping our saltiness (different nature) in this world”.
・To let people glorify our heavenly Father through our good deeds, they have to see the goodness of God but not ours. This never happens unless “our relationship with God” is deeper than the one with people.
