説教あらすじ 「脱・習慣的信仰生活」(27/12/2020)
[マルコの福音書 ２章１８～２２節]
◆何のための『断食』か？ [１８～２０節]
・ヨハネの弟子たちは「師であるヨハネの死」を悼んで断食をしていたが、パリサイ人たちは「宗教的習慣」として週に２度断食していた。新約聖書では『断食』はいつも「主への祈りや礼拝」と結び付けて行われている。「宗教的習慣」として特定の形で行うものではなく、個人個人の「神との関係」において、「時・理由・方法」を選んで行う。
・イエスはご自分を『花婿』と表現し、のちに来る「ご自身と教会（人々）との新しい関係」に関して暗示している。
◆新時代の到来 [２１～２２節]
・「新しいもの」と「古いもの」とを一緒に用いることはできない。古い「宗教的習慣」に捕らわれていると、イエスによってもたらされる「ただ１度のいけにえによる完全な罪の赦し」を理解することはできない。
・今の時代に生きる私たちも、「個人的なイエスとの明確な出会い」を体験したなら、必ず生き方が変わるはず。
＊『新しい年』が来ようとしている。「形式的・習慣的にイエスに仕える」のではなく、
１人１人がそれぞれの「創造的・ユニークな形」で、主イエスに仕えよう！

◎[Gospel of Mark ２：18~22]
◆What is “fasting” really for？ [Verses 18~20]
・“Fasting” is not just “a religious act” but “a reflection of our spiritual hunger”. We fast to seek more of God.
No one is forced to fast but we choose to fast as our freewill offering towards God.
・Words of Jesus here remind us “the new relationship” between him and us(church) as his bride.
◆Jesus lets us to make “a fresh start”. [Verses 21~22]
・We should not mix “something new” and “something old”. They spoil each other. Jesus came to the earth to start “a new covenant”. We cannot come into it with our “old-self”. It requires us to be “renewed”.
＊Our “New Year” is right ahead of us. Now forget what lies behind us and press on toward
“new blessiings” God is preparing for each one of us for our good and for His glory！
