説教あらすじ 「大祭司としてのキリストの卓越性」 (23/07/2023)
[へブル人への手紙 ７章２０～２８節]
◆『神の誓い』によって立てられた（２１～２２節）
・神が「誓われる」とは、どういうことか？神は『契約の主』であり、自由に契約を変更する権利があるにもかかわらず、「ご自身の真実さ」と「私たちへの誠実さ」の故に、決して契約を変更することなく、必ず成就なさる。ここに父なる神の驚くべき「恵みと謙遜」が現されている。
・またイエスは「契約の保証」となられた。すなわち「私たちと御父との『仲介人』」となってくださっただけでなく、私たちがキリストを救い主として受け入れた瞬間から永遠に至るまで、いつも「私たちと御父との妨げられることのない関係の『保証人』」となってくださるのである！
◆永遠で完全な大祭司（２４～２５節）
・民のために不完全ないけにえを繰り返しささげていた祭司たちと違って、主イエスは私たちのために、ご自身を「たった１度だけの罪のない完全ないけにえ」として献げてくださった。しかもキリストは今も（永遠に）生きておられ、弱く不完全な私たちのために、日々御父の前にとりなしておられる。彼は今日も「ご自身によって神に近づく者」を完全に救うことができる。この方こそ、私たちが全幅の信頼をおくことのできる『人生のパートナー』なのだ！

②何故神は、ご自身の『契約』に対して、わざわざ自ら「誓われる」のだと思いますか？
③このような大祭司が与えられていることは、あなたの人生にどのような違いをもたらしますか？

[Hebrews 7：20～28]
◆He was appointed with an oath of God.（Verses ２１～２２）
・What makes God swears for His covenant? Because of His “faithfulness” towards Himself and to us. He is
so graceful and humble that He cannot help pursuing His promise to us.
・Jesus has become not only a mediator but also “a guarantor” between the Father and us. Since we
accepted him as our Savior till forever, Jesus is “a guarantor” for our relationship with God！
◆A perfect high priest forever.（Verses ２４～２５）
・Levitical priests were repeatedly offering imperfect sacrifices. Jesus offered himself as “only perfect
sacrifice” before God. Not only that, Jesus lives forever and makes intercession for us. We never come
before God because of what we’ve done but only because of what Jesus has done for us！
・Jesus is able to save to the uttermost “those who draw near to God through him”. So there is no one else
but Jesus is the one we can put our trust wholeheartedly！
✰Challenge for this week： How much are you paying attention to Christ each day?
