◆人生は複雑で大変？
＊何故人生がこんなにも複雑で大変に感じるのか？ 実は「自分でそうしてしまっている」から。
・必要以上にいろいろなことをし、またいろいろな人々（自分を含め）を喜ばせようとしているから。
◆「シンプルな人生」のカギ
・実は２０００年前にも同様の悩みを抱えた人がイエスのもとに来て尋ねた。「１番大切なことは何ですか？」
イエスはお答えになった。[マルコ１２：29-30] 『たった１人の方』のために人生を使えばよい。[ヨハネ４：34]
・「イエスは生涯独身だったからそれができたのだ」という人もいる。ならば少なくとも独身者はそうするべき。
◆既婚者の責任
・イエスは「神を愛せよ」のみことばを旧約聖書から引用した。[申命記６：4-9]
すなわち『家族を持つ人にとっての最重要事項』は、「神を愛すること」をまず自分自身が深く心に刻み、
そしてそれを同様に子供たちの心と思いにもしっかりと刻みつけること。
◆家庭礼拝のススメ
・「家族全員で共に神の前に出ること」は神が親に委ねた責任。できるだけ早くスタートさせる。
・家庭のリーダー（通常は父親）がみことばを選び、解説し、家族全員で覚える。週１回で十分。
✯独身者には『神を第１とした選択』が、家庭持ちには「子供たちに『神を第１とすること』を教えること」が最重要！

◆Do you feel “Life is hard and too complicated”？
＊Why do we feel our life hard and complicated？ Because we ourselves are making it so.
・Most of us are doing more than necessary, and trying to please more people than we should be.
◆How can we make it simple?
・This question has been common among people for more than 2000 years! One day a person came to Jesus
and asked, “What is the most important thing to do for us?” Jesus answered straight away. [Mark１２：29-30]
・There is only one we should please. Once we understand it, just focus on Him! [John ４：34]
・Do you say, “it was ok for Jesus because he was single for his whole life”? Then do it while you are single. ◆Parent’s responsibility.
・Original version of “Love your God” is in the Old Testament. [Deuteronomy ６：4-9]
“Biggest responsibility for parents” is ‘to impress this Scripture on their children’ as well as ‘on their own hearts’.
◆Family Worship.
・God created “Family” as the smallest unit to serve Him and parents(father) is its leader. The leader has to
come before God as a whole family regularly and having “family worship’ is one of the best way to do it.
・Choose a good Scripture, explain it and memorize it together. Use family common language.
